Another second dose Covid 19 vaccine clinic takes place today at the Moore County Community Building from 8 until 7 pm. Also Moore County Public Health Authority with Dr. Carmen Purl and Moore County Emergency Management with the help of the Dallam County Public Health Authority have put together a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for April 9th 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. at the Sunray Baptist Church Activity Center (313 West 4th) Sunray , Texas.

This shot clinic is open to anyone that wants the vaccine that is over the age of 16. We are encouraging everyone to pre-register by going to Moore County Emergency Management Facebook page


As Major League baseball had opening day yesterday, high school district baseball is in full swing. The Dumas Demons played the Perryton Rangers on Tuesday, March 30. The Rangers went scoreless through three innings before scoring a run in the fourth, cutting the Demons’ lead 8-1. The Demons tallied four more runs in the fifth to close out a strong game 12-1.

The Sunray Bobcats hosted the Sanford-Fritch Eagles on Tuesday, It appeared the Bobcats were in control as the Cats led 4-0 going into the third inning. The Eagles scored a run in the third and then tied it in the fourth at 4-4. In an extra inning, the Eagles scored two more in the eighth and the Bobcats went scoreless in the bottom of the inning, creating the victory for the Eagles 8-6.
