KDDD News 6-25-21 Demons 7 on 7 team wins 3 in a row

After today in the Panhandle, we’ll finally get a short break from the heat. Today, more numbers in the 90’s, while this weekend could see temperatures falling into the 70’s and low 80’s. Even cooler weather is instore for Monday with a blend of upper 60’s and 70’s.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible today. The chance of rain looks to continue over the weekend, and early next week.


The Dumas Demons 7 on 7 team is in College Station. Yesterday the swept their three games first
defeating China Springs 27-20. Next it was a big win against Pleasant Grove 27-7.

Then in the nightcap a one point victory 27-26 versus Hitchcock. They are the #1 seed entering today’s single elimination tournament.


Dumas children need our help. Lunches have been served at Dumas ISD for the month of June, however that will end for July. Moore County Snack Pak does feed local children once a week, but the other day’s of the week need to be handled.
